Performance characteristics.
The SUOAI Ultrafiltration (UF) membrane module is composed of high-strength hollow fiber membranes, and its membrane fibers have the following characteristics and advantages:

A nominal membrane pore size of 0.03 μ m can remove bacteria, viruses, particulate matter, including colloids, to protect subsequent process equipment such as reverse osmosis systems.

The PVDF polymer hollow fiber belt with high strength and strong chemical resistance supports the membrane fibers, ensuring a longer service life of the membrane components and never breaking the fibers.

The hydrophilic PVDF fiber membrane fibers are easy to clean and wet, which enables them to maintain good performance for a long time.

The external pressure structure can withstand higher concentrations of suspended solids in the incoming water, reducing the need for pre-treatment processes.

The membrane shell made of U-PVC material eliminates the need for expensive pressure vessels.

The SRUF-2860 membrane module is suitable for systems with a capacity greater than 50m3/hr (220 gpm). The larger diameter membrane module (8 inches) has the largest effective membrane area in Ultrafiltration products, enabling more economical membrane system design. Compared to longer membrane modules, shorter membrane modules (60 inches) provide higher separation efficiency and can adapt to a wider range of inlet water quality.
